"Thriving is not just a choice; it's a testament...". True story! Maintaining a social circle (or Tribe, as we like to call it), keeps us vibrant and enthusiastic about life. As a 64 year-old woman, I still fee like a 27 year-old with, believe it or not, MORE energy than when I was young.
